How to use and apply search filters

Adjust your listing results by applying filters to your search. Start by entering the location in which you’re searching from the home page or at the top of your search results page.

Once you’ve entered your location, you’ll see filter options such as price, beds, baths, home type, and more at the top of the screen under the search bar. Click each filter type to expand the options and make your selections.

The search results should change in real time as you adjust filters. Once you’ve added your desired criteria, you can save your search by tapping the “Save Search” button next to the search bar at the top of your screen. This will allow you to easily return to this search and stay updated on new listings that fit this criteria. To manage and edit your saved searches, check out your Saved Searches page.
